I have found a brief interval between my studies and what nots to scribe my thoughts.
I shall never utter my native speech again! I was aghast to find I have buggered the tongue quite thoroughly. Not knowing anything was amiss I had been Blathering my goodbyes and what not to every soul within the proximity of my voice. Lo and behold I noted quite often a pained look upon some of the elves tending to me whilst ill. Becoming quite concerned that I may have brought a illness that was spreading through Duilland ,I asked the healer attending me if her innards were running amuck as well. I was shocked and horrified to find that it was not her innards that were protesting, but her ears.
Woe to the poor folk that have been too kind to bind and gag me!
